Your Portfolio is hosted by the extended facilities of Google Financial.  When you establish a gMAIL Account, you will receive a eMail address to access your portfolio at any time you desire.

Passwords are not case-sensitive. If you registered without specifiying a password, then leave the password field blank. You can always use the Update Profile button located at the top of your portfolio to change passwords.

For the  Ranking of your Stock picking abilities to be valid all portfolio's need to contain twenty stocks.

Our nVESTOR program is about your Stock picking abilities, and bringing attention to other viable companies available for investment. If everyone was allowed to fill their portfolio with only a few stocks, then nVESTOR is not doing the job it was designed to do.

  • What are the differences between reality and the game (e.g. brokerage fees for conducting the trade, etc.)

In regards to straight forward stock trading, the only thing missing are the fees and taxes. And those fees and taxes are varied depending upon what service you use and where you live.

Our program is also set up for long term investments. As you poke around the various investment sites on the web, you will find that there are many types of short term investments (even for just quick turnovers), but we have no intentions of supporting those types of transactions.
